We categorise faults into different critically groups. For example, P1 faults ‘Priority 1’ require immediate attention from our technicians and are reserved for major incidents where your whole business is unable to operate such as internet outages.
These critically groups range from P1 faults down to P5 faults, each of which have their own SLA agreement assigned to them which dictates how quickly our technicians must first respond to the raised ticket and then resolve the fault.
